Since 1992, the RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Awards have honoured women entrepreneurs whose vision, leadership, and ambition are shaping the future of business in Canada.

Through a rigorous nomination and selection process, the awards spotlight women who are building and scaling successful businesses, advancing innovation, creating meaningful change, and contributing to economic growth across sectors and industries.

Each year, the program culminates in a national celebration in Toronto, bringing together entrepreneurs, business leaders, partners, and community members to recognize the achievements of women building some of Canada’s most dynamic organizations.
